- Collectively, the businesses reach more than 100 million consumers primarily through Valpak "Blue Envelope" household mailers and its digital offering Valpak.com, as well as Savings.com an online provider of digital coupons and promotional codes
- Transition to new ownership and establish new brand identity for the corporate parent company. Valpak and Savings.com will continue to operate and go to market under their respective brands.
