Philip Norment is responsible for all aspects of business strategy and operations at Platinum Equity's portfolio companies. He is also responsible for evaluation of target acquisitions and integration into the portfolio.

Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 1997, Mr. Norment served in a variety of management positions at a major software corporation. Over the course of twelve years he worked in the areas of global support, operations, consultative services and sales support, achieving the position of Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Norment earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
