Emily Hofer is the Global Head of Human Resources for Platinum Equity Advisors. She is responsible for the design and delivery of the firm’s human resources activities including talent acquisition & retention, learning & development and total rewards as well as the cultivation of an exceptional employee experience across Platinum Equity’s global network. Ms. Hofer is the Chair of the Platinum Equity Talent and Culture Committee.

Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2024, Ms. Hofer was the Chief People & Purpose Officer at World Surf League. Before World Surf League, Ms. Hofer was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Arise Virtual Solutions.

Ms. Hofer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida International University.
