To celebrate Women’s History Month, Tom Gores hosted Platinum Equity’s Club Room Conversation featuring panelists from across the firm. Tracy Chow (M&A Execution), Sarah Clay (Office of the Chairman), Lauren Piec (Portfolio Operations) and Kristin Wojcik (Business Development) shared how they combine discipline and preparation with empathy, emotional intelligence and a strong sense of leadership.
