The acquisition included the Ranger, Stratos, Champion, Wellcraft, Four Winns, and Glastron boat brands; manufacturing facilities and related operations in Flippin, Ark., Cadillac, Mich., and Murfreesboro, Tenn.; and certain transportation equipment and other real estate assets.
