  • Momentec manufactures on-demand, custom sublimated products in the North America, with three sublimation facilities located in Mexico to facilitate speed of delivery to the U.S. marketplace. 

Transaction Description

  • Acquired Augusta Sportswear Brands in November 2023; merged with Founder Sport Group in January 2024. The combined company rebranded as Momentec in March 2024.
