Brandon Crawley

Brandon Crawley is President of Global Portfolio Operations, where he leads business strategy, operational strategy, and value creation initiatives across the firm’s portfolio companies. He partners with investment teams, operating executives, and management teams to drive strategic priorities and deploy operational resources that accelerate performance and growth.

Since joining Platinum Equity in 2013, Mr. Crawley has led business transformations, complex carve-outs, operational improvement programs, integrations, and strategic growth initiatives. He has helped develop scalable value-creation capabilities, repeatable operating playbooks, and the firm’s portfolio operating system, a disciplined framework that aligns strategy, talent, execution, governance, and long-range planning across the portfolio.

Before joining Platinum Equity, Mr. Crawley held roles at Alvarez & Marsal and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he focused on performance improvement and acquisition integration strategies for private equity-backed companies across a range of industries.

Mr. Crawley holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Indiana State University and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
