Greg Wong

Greg Wong is responsible for financial due diligence and supports the structuring and execution of acquisition and divestiture transactions. As a member of the operating council for select portfolio companies, he also has responsibilities related to post-acquisition monitoring and oversight of financial performance.

Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2022, Mr. Wong held positions at FTI Consulting, A.S. Watson Group, and Ferrier Hodgson.

Mr. Wong holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Macquarie University and has obtained certifications as a Chartered Accountant (Australia and New Zealand), Certified Public Accountant (Hong Kong) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA Charterholder, 2018-2022).
