Lindsay Calautti

Principal

Lindsay Calautti is the Global Head of Human Capital for Platinum Equity Advisors. She is responsible for the firm’s human capital activities including recruiting, retention, training & professional development, and the employee workplace experience across Platinum Equity’s global network. Ms. Calautti is the Chair of the Platinum Equity Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.

Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2023, Ms. Calautti was the Head of Human Resources for Global Markets at RBC Capital Markets and held positions both in HR and in Fixed Income at RBC Capital Markets and TD Securities.

Ms. Calautti holds a Bachelor’s degree from The College of St. Rose and a Master’s Degree from Harvard University.
