Robert J. Joubran is responsible for Platinum's M&A transition and integration functions for newly acquired companies into the Platinum portfolio. He also oversees all treasury activities at Platinum Equity’s corporate entity.

Mr. Joubran joined Platinum in 1996 from a position as Vice President of Sales for Banyan Systems. Prior to that, he was a sales representative for Unisys (1992-1995) and Executive Business Systems (1990-1992). Mr. Joubran started his professional career at Ventech Systems in 1986.

Mr. Joubran earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business from the University of Michigan.
