Ramin Pourfar is a Principal in Debt Capital Markets and is responsible for debt capital placement and related corporate finance activity for new and existing portfolio companies. Mr. Pourfar helps manage the firm’s relationships with capital providers around the world and oversees financing transactions related to leveraged buyouts, refinancings and recapitalizations using High Yield, Senior and Junior Debt, and ABL structures. Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2013, Mr. Pourfar was a Vice President of Global Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he was a Vice President at Wells Fargo. Mr. Pourfar holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Master’s degree in Economics from Fordham University.

Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2010, Mr. Price served as a Senior Vice President at Houlihan Lokey and as a Senior Associate at Goldsmith Agio Helms (now Lazard Middle Market). Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2018, Mr. Redhead spent fifteen years with Ernst & Young’s Transaction and Audit practices and was the co-founder of Translation Partners.
Mr. Redhead holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s University and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame. He previously worked as a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.

Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2023, Mr. Sobti was a Senior Managing Director in Private Capital at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Previously, he held positions at Unitas Capital, Warburg Pincus, Rhone Capital and Merrill Lynch.

Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2013, Mr. Whang held positions at Standard Chartered Bank’s M&A department in Singapore and Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Investment Banking department in Hong Kong.
Mr. Whang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with Honors from the University of Chicago.
